Email [email protected]. We answer emails on working days and aim to reply the same day.

We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect, and why

• When you order: your name, email, delivery address and order details. We need these to take payment, send your goods and deal with returns. The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you.
• When you use the trade form: your name, company, email and message, so we can reply. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Records of sales are kept because tax law requires it.

Who we share it with

• Stripe takes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store them.
• Cloudflare hosts this site.
• The carrier delivering your parcel gets your name and address.
• HMRC and our accountant, for the sales records tax law requires.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner to click. Your basket is stored in your own browser, on your device, and never reaches us until you check out. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process the payment and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order and sales records for six years after the end of the tax year they fall in, because HMRC requires it. Trade enquiries for two years. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable form. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
